I got an empty loot box...
I haven't heard of this issue, and I know I'll never get a credit for my loot box because Blizzard doesn't seem like the type to do that, but I got an empty loot box.
Edit: I didn't take the picture early. I sat there for a while waiting for it to do something, but that's how it stayed, so I snagged a screenshot. Not a nice bug.

Hey there, we've been looking into this bug and we're sorry you hit it. As others noted you do get actual items, unfortunately they don't display so it's hard to know what you got.
Again apologies. I hope your future loot boxes are filled with amazing items.
