Bug reports aren't addressed enough - and that kinda sucks

Not gonna lie here: a bug exclusive to Overwatch happened to me during a competetive match. Leaver penalty and 50 SR lost. Yay.

I immediately visited the bug report forum to report my problem - as anyone would do I guess. Upon further reading through the forum, not only did I realize that the Overwatch team rarely answers upon reports, but I discovered that many people before me experienced that bug known as "Your rendering device has been lost" since the doomfist update, and it still hasn't been addressed.

Losing SR and receiving a penalty for a bug, you aren't responsible for, hurts, no question. But learning that the Forum is kinda just decoration and Blizz hardly addressing these every day problems of players who payed for this game and can't even play it normally without issues FOR MONTHS just sucks man.

I am sure I'm not the only one here feeling left alone by Blizz.

    Our QA team (and developers) read the bug report forum very often. We also have automated tools to process posts in that forum to add to our bug database.

    We only post if we need additional information or rarely to acknowledge a very severe issue.
