So Genji's dragonblade "bug" on PTR made it to live on console....
I've confirmed with another guy on an xbone... it's on both consoles.
I've got a twitch video of it that I'll post in a bit, but I'm on the PS4 right now and it's a real pain to do it from there.
He can instantlly swing after begining the animation, cancelling it.
This same guy confirmed that it's not true on the PC so I can only assume it's been hotfixed (or even patched before going live, but after submission to Sony/MS).
Either way, he says threads addressing it are being removed from the official forums. I can only imagine that's to minimize outrage at it being in... or stopping it when it's removed.
Just an FYI. I'll link to the vid in a few hours, I'm gonna go get some comp matches in. = )

Hey there this bug was fixed after our submission. We’re working on a patch for console which includes this fix. Sorry about that.
