Overwatch (PTR) Has given users who bought Halloween lootboxes during the event the same number of lootboxes AGAIN
I logged onto PTR and just got 28 halloween loot, others are saying they got 100, 30, so on.
EDIT: they DO include Moira cosmetic items

Hey folks, our QA team has been doing some specific testing on a backend service in PTR. This service is related to the same systems that handle loot boxes, and as a result you may see additional lootboxes with new content that you wouldn't otherwise expect to see. The reason you see Moira items is because these loot boxes, despite being Halloween, were generated after Miora was activated on PTR.
This isn't a bug, and won't affect your live account in any way. Hope that helps, sorry for the confusion.
