Hey folks,

Thank you for reporting this. I've sent this along to the right people to handle. We take this type of behavior really seriously, the best place to report anything like this is directly with our Customer Service team.

Those folks are awesome, trained on the right things, and know exactly where to escalate very serious issues like this.

But which place is the right place to send it directly to Customer Service? None of the options have the choice of reporting someone about a very serious offense without being directed to essentially "Use the in-game report tool"

It can be a bit tricky to navigate, sorry for that, there is an option for “problem not listed here” which can get you in to a direct chat with CS not from in game.

Support menus aside, we really appreciate the community going out of your way to get this to us. Thank you for being good people.
