When will Moira release in Competitive?
Does anyone know when Moira releases in Competitive mode? I'm getting really tired of playing her in these oddball comps in QP. I thought new heroes release 1 week after going live. Is that not the case anymore? A quick google search brings up nothing.
Any ideas?
