Please help

I bought the digital origins edition for Xbox one and every time I start a match my character will not have weapons out. The hud will also disappear slowly. Then when I die I get stuck in a screen with a blue light. I don’t know what the problem is bought I spent fifty dollars on this and I can’t even play it please help

    Hey there. In some cases it’s possible to launch before the game is fully patched. If you want to exit out and make sure it is fully done downloading may solve your problem.

    Thanks for replying. It says it’s done installing on my Xbox. Do you think I should try uninstalling and reinstalling?

    I’d try restarting your Xbox and checking for updates before reinstalling.
