Will OWL team skins be always available, or is this an event?
Has there been any statement (or hint) that we will be able to purchase the OWL team skins for an unlimited time, or is this a standard Overwatch limited-time event?
I posted this question to the Overwatch forums, but only got people's opinions -- no pointers to any official statements.
