Hey LkPunk, our network engineers have investigated an issue causing connection problems for some west coast players. They've made a change to mitigate the problem and players who were affected should have stable connections now.

If you're looking at the debug network view in the client (ctrl-shift-N), it's the view of your client. Loss out in that context is loss from you to the server.
