NEW Voice Actor for Talon/Vishkar Hero: Sanjay Korpal?

I realise this discussion is highly speculative, but I feel the evidence is overwhelming. I believe this man is going to voice Sanjay Korpal, an employee of Vishkar who also works alongside Talon: https://overwatch.gamepedia.com/Sanjay_Korpal

Here is the evidence:
1) He has recently started following Andrea Toyias, Overwatch's Senior Casting & Voice Director: http://oi65.tinypic.com/4gqd21.jpg (https://twitter.com/AndreaToyias) -- it is his most recent follow, in fact.
2) He is friends with Symmetra's voice actor, Anjali Bhimani. (https://twitter.com/sweeetanj?lang=en)

A foreign language is often a requirement for an Overwatch voice actor, but Hindi in particular is Symmetra's native language, and likely Sanjay Korpal's as well.
4) He lives in California, where Blizzard is based. Convenient.

(I do not believe this secret project was Overwatch, but I'm citing it as evidence of an interest in video games work.)
Now picture this scenario. The Overwatch team want to hire a Hindi-speaking male actor that lives in California to voice a character close to Symmetra. Where do they turn first?
Anjali Bhimani, Symmetra's voice actor, may have recommended her talented friend, Karthik Srinivasan, who not only speaks the appropriate language, but is also an established actor in his own right. Ask yourself: who else could possibly be more perfect for this job? Symmetra and Sanjay are tied closely in the lore, and the actors already have real chemistry -- although this is not necessary, it's definitely a win-win.
He has known Symmetra's voice actor since at least last year, but has only JUST started following the Overwatch Senior Casting & Voice Director. Why? He does not follow anybody else from Blizzard, as far as I know.
Honestly, if he has not been at least considered for the role of Sanjay Korpal, I would find it bizarre -- he is the perfect candidate that ticks every box.
