How to get Blizzard to notice a 6-month-old bug report
I wish I knew. Seriously.
I've been playing since open beta. This bug started happening with the Horizon patch. It's happened ever since.
6 months ago I painstakingly recorded two videos of the bug happening, uploaded them to YouTube, and posted them on their bug report forum.
No reply from Blizzard. A few people chiming in on YouTube saying they have the same bug.
Bug still exists in the game today. Makes me sad. Feel like I wasted my time trying to help out.
Maybe if I challenge Jeff to a wrestling match? Or should I ask him to propose to my girlfriend for me? Seems like those kind of requests tend to get his attention.

Hey there, thanks for posting this. One consequence of us acknowledging bugs is players can feel if we don’t reply to a post that we didn’t see it. We often see things but don’t reply unless we feel it’s a really pressing issue. I’ll make sure our QA team is tracking this. There are some amount of issues that have low impact and may be tricky to resolve that we simply don’t get to quickly.
