Seriously, IDK how the stream has only 10k viewers. The matches are so much closer and better to watch.

Maybe the matches are closer. That's because they are region locked and less Koreans. Hate to say it but the Koreans are just so damn good that things get a lot less competitive when you let them play.

That being said. Contenders casters are disgustingly bad. They talk for too long and stall and the production quality is dirt compared to OWL.

The casters just sound bored.

A few technical issues today meant the casters had to fill a bit. First day is always tricky, things seem so calm watching the stream but behind the scenes there’s a lot of moving parts.

Give everyone a few days to settle in, everyone will be less nervous and their personality will shine through.
