Blizz deleted my support thread and muted me instead of helping me so I'm trying here - my Overwatch is 28gb after the patch
So after downloading the patch overnight my Overwatch is waaay too big now, it's close to 30gb, this can't be right. I ran the Scan and Repair from the launcher but that didn't help. Please someone tell me a way to fix this without redownloading the entire fucking game yet again. I really need the harddrive space.

Hmm I’m not sure why support would’ve deleted and muted you for this question.
The installer holds on to some previous data after a patch. This particular patch reorganized many assets so in some cases like yours, you can end up with a lot of space used on disk.
We’re working to push out a cleanup of old data sometime today/tomorrow.
In the short term if you wanted to do a full reinstall that would clear space immediately, but I understand that can be very impactful if you have bandwidth caps.
