Hero Swap Bug while playing

I was testing before new Rialto map, but suddendly after i spawned i couldn't exit from spawn room because my game repeatly opened the swap hero menu, so i had to press everytime select to exit from there. And then, when i was outside the spawn room, in chat popped up every second "you have to be in spawn room to swap your hero" ( i play in italian, idk how's the command in english) Even after removing the H keybinding from "select hero" voice in settings, game still popped up this command. Resolved the bug just returning to main menu, but this type of bug in ranked would be bad :(
