OWL Skins Tattoo Glitch (console)

I don't know if this is a known glitch or how long this has been in the game but yesterday I noticed that OWL skins, that have their team logo tattooed directly on their skin are all bugged.

As seen in this picture https://imgur.com/a/KorjeF1 there is this weird shade around the logo. Characters other than Roadhog with this glitch are Torb, Zarya (both on their arm) and Widow (back).

I'm on Xbox, so I don't know if this is the case for other platforms as well.

However, my friend who plays on the One X doesn't have this problem. I guess it has something to do with the 4K update?

Also, you can only see the shades in the hero gallery/OWL menu, they're gone in game. Still doesn't really look good and might put off some people from actually getting one of the skins
