[Xbox] Team Chat not working at least 50% of the time recently

Edit to the title: 80%+, hasn't worked all day for me now.

It used to happen occasionally, like if you switched profile at the home screen, that the team chat wouldn't work next game. This could be solved by just restarting the game (even though idk how that initial issue hasn't been fixed yet) but now it's easily 80% of the time team chat isn't working.

Even with a restart of the game and not switching profiles, it goes right back to not working. It's not just myself, plenty of teammates have been saying it's happening to them as well.

I searched "team chat" in this sub and only saw one post that didn't get much exposure so I'm just posting it again seeing as how this is a pretty big issue for comp matches.

If this was already reported on by Blizzard, I'll delete the post but don't think it has been yet.
