Can’t get into voice channels? Help?
Hey so I’ve been trying to play overwatch for the past 6 hours or so and I haven’t been able to get into the team chats. I contacted Blizzard, I quit overwatch and opened it again many times, done a hard reset of my Xbox multiple times, reset my NAT multiple times, and have checked all of my sound settings on overwatch, everything is on auto-join. I don’t know what to do, I play competitive 95% of the time and I need the team chat to feel secure in my team.

Hey there, as mentioned we're having an issue with voice chat on Xbox One. We understand the problem and the voice team is working on a fix. Apologies for the hassle, we hope to have things fixed up within an hour or so.
