Is pse1 down?

I keep on getting connected to lax1 or pse2 and I have really awful ping there. I've tried connecting to pse1 in the training room and custom games but I wasn't able to. It started around December 18 (yesterday, GMT+8.) Is it down? Any advice?

Hey there, which platform? I looked at concurrency for that data center over the past 24 hours and things look good at a glance.

Hey there, any updates? I still cannot connect to pse1. Playing in lax1 is extremely frustrating, the ping is high enough (180 ms) to hinder my performance. My wifi speeds are fine, running at around 70-80.

Hey there, at a high level for that ISP I didn't see anything abnormal. I believe there's nothing wrong on the Overwatch service side, but there's a big internet between you and the game so maybe something is going wrong along the way.

For follow up troubleshooting I recommend posting any details you can over on our tech support forums so we can look more specifically at your account. Depending what the folks find there find, they may want to have you contact your ISP as well.
