game servers down?
I'm trying to log in for 10-15 minutes now. It says: In queue, 20.000 players ahead of you....and that number doesn't go down at all.
Does that mean that simply way more than 20.000 players are ahead of me but 20.000 is the max number the "queue screen" can show, or are the game servers actually down and it gives the wrong "error message"?

As a side note: I just watched the McGree animated short...is this announcing a new hero? Any info yet when she will hit the game?

Hey folks we're working on getting everyone through the queue as fast as possible. We saw a high load after the patch went live and we set conservative login values after to make sure the game is stable.
Apologies for the delay, we're working on getting through it as quick as we can now.
