OCE queue comp queue times are officially insane?
My SR is 3832 and I have currently been waiting 3hrs to join a comp game, I had to reset due to the update, but overall about 3hrs, wtf is going on, anyone else having issues / is there any people wanting to queue together so I can actually find a game? Thanks

I did notice you said you restarted to get the update, I just want to make sure you actually did patch and verify your version.

Make sure to exit and check if you're running build 1.32.1.1.54255. This seems to me like you're on the old version and never going to find a game.
