Blizzard, there's an issue with the new achievement sprays that needs to be addressed.
When the update was dropped for the Ana Bastet Challenge, some achievements for Capture the Flag were accidentally put into the game. You could even earn them, but get no reward, because there wasn't even one yet. Now, the time when the achievements were supposed to be in the game has happened. I actually earned the achievements. Now that the reward sprays are in the game, I can't get them because I already have the achievements. This is a huge problem, and I won't be able to get the sprays until this is fixed.

Hey there we have a fix in testing for this. When we make the fix anyone who has met the criteria for the achievement will get the reward, you will not have to do the achievement criteria again.
