Blizzard recently gave out some dust in compensation for a bug with classic packs. I only opened 1 packs and got 100 dust, but today I got 700 more. I don't know why, but if they are still giving out dust does that mean I can buy the golden classic pack bundle and get extra dust? Or was this extra 700 just a fluke? I am not sure if I want to buy the bundle, but if I can farm extra dust from it then I will.

Did anybody else get extra dust today? Where did this extra 700 dust come from? And can I farm bonus dust by buying more classic packs?

Trying to import the using the JSON importer fails every time. Sometimes I get a cloudflare warning and I have to log back in.

Greetings here! I'm here to present you my version of how I would change Priest's Core Set... new class.

Well, Witch Doctor is actually one of the oldest classes in the Hearthcards Class Creator, dating all the way back to 2018, so basically when the tool was in alpha and not always available on the Hearthcards main site. While I haven't updated it expansion-wise for a long time, being stuck in RoS and running out of ideas, I still hold dearly to it, and so I'll fianlly share it to a broader audience, this time with a new Core Set to match current ones.

For your information, you can also check the class in Hearthcards Class Creator. Just scroll to the end of the search bar and find "Witch Doctor" with currently 152 cards in it.

Hey all, I´ve noticed in this article 3 weeks ago that there is supposed to be Twitch event this weekend starting today with possible free Barrens packs according to this:

Since there was no official word on this at the launch afaik, no schedule on Twitch, nor an article anywhere, I thought I might post this little reminder, if it´s still going to happen, so we won´t miss our precious packs.

I have a complete former classic collection and I am only missing 4 legendaries from the former Hall of Fame.

I would like to buy the classic bundle.

Will I receive 2 of the 4 missing legendary cards right away? And, the rest, from opening my approx. 60 packs (by chance, of course)?

An official source link/confirmation would be absolutely great :)

I am asking this because I know there have been all kinds of problems in the last few days.

Just rolled this guy up. Didn't they say they were removing it?

Most users of the site probably wont notice this or care about it too much but if you spend hours deckbuilding or swapping between pages/refreshing pages you'll notice it quite a bit. Whenever you load up a new webpage there's a blindingly white blank page for just a split second. I don't know anything at all about building websites so I don't know how hard it would be to change, if it can be changed, or if it's even for just this site. It's gotten to the point where I close my eyes every time the site reloads or goes to a new page. Changing it to a darker color or just dimming it a bit would make a huge difference in my opinion. Overall the site is pretty awesome and it's my favorite place to build new decks, I'm really curious though if anyone else goes blind after doing it for too long.

I took a screen capture of a Kranich stream that I was watching briefly, and this card seemed to do some extremely broken things. I've never seen it before. Can anyone tell me what it is? I can't even seem to find it here on the site.

By "extremely broken" I mean this. It had rush, and it dealt 3 damage to two different units. Unless there was some other thing on the board that it was interacting with, but I didn't see anything that would have done either of those things.

  • Removed the "Only Wild" option because of lack of necessity.
  • Modes filter now filters cards properly in all cases using new tech.
  • Added the ability to filter cards by spell schools.
    • This comes in the form of a dropdown AND the "search" text field.
    • Dev Note: The filters are a bit crazy on the deckbuilder and I hope we can make it nicer.
• Decks
  • Archetypes below a deck's title are now linked to the deck listing for that archetype.
• Expansions
  • New internal method for flagging game modes.
    • This is going to help us so much going forward since expansions get flagged for every mode that exists now.

  • Fixed an issue where modes selection was not working due to internal changes.

  • Fixed an issue when editing a deck's cards where it would tell you a tag was not selected even though one already was.

  • Fixed an issue where Duels info would not remove itself after switching from Duels to another mode.

  • Removed type from the deck listing columns because we are no longer using it.

since patch 2.0 my play button is glowing like there something new, i already played the classic mode and switched in all modes (wild,classic and casual)

but it still glowing please blizz i want a non- ocd trigger button thank you very much! XD anyway anyone else with that problem?

When sorting decks I've created they all show up as recently updated within the last hour. I have a few hundred decks so that's clearly wrong. I'm trying to go through and update some old ones but they're all jumbled now. pls halp.

So I was playing Even Mage in wild, and trying the new cards... I had Ice Walker on the field and played Reckless Apprentice . In the end... No minion was frozen... Do you think this interaction should work? (Just on wording I think so)

I really appreciate all the work you and the team put into the site and just wanted to report a minor bug.

I created a new deck and clicked on the "Theorycraft" tag and that does indeed show up in a box under the deck's name (alongside a box for the deck's archetype and one for the format played in).  However, sometimes when I edit the guide or cards I get a warning message that says I need to select a tag even though my previous entry is still active. 

I didn't think much of this because if you just click the tag off and back on you don't get the message.  But now I've noticed that when I go to "My Hearthstone Decks" the "Deck Type" column is blank even though the tag still shows up when I click on it and look at the boxes under the name.  Obviously, this is a super minor issue but I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

All this game is now is hope you get better randomly than your opponent. It's gotten stupid. Blizzard sucks. Bring back Ben, when the game had some integrity and every match wasn't a crap shoot 

I was browsing thru my collection and noticed I've got 2 Old Murk-Eyes. I think I must have gotten the second one when I was reaping all the free achievement rewards just after patch 20.0 went live. Unfortunately, no 4 Parrots, not even 2, as I still don't have Captain Greenskin from the Classic set. I'm somewhat hesitant to dust one because I'm not really sure if Blizzard knows about this already and what they'll do when they're aware of their mistake.

Anyone else got extra copies? What did you do with them?

I hope everyone is enjoying Forged in the Barrens so far! Pushed something exciting so I decided to put up a changelog.

I know people love to see these and I regret not posting them more frequently. A lot of the stuff that ends up being deployed is boring stuff that isn't user-facing though so it would be weird to post about it :P

New Features

Hearthstone

• Deck list images!
  • Decks now generate images when they get created (or shortly after based on site load).
  • These images display in embeds when linking to decks on Discord, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • The image will be recreated when your deck is saved with new cards.
  • TODO: Let you grab these images easily on the deck pages themselves for sharing easily.

Bug Fixes

General

• Fixed an issue where comments would remain cached after editing. The cache now correctly clears on save.

Hearthstone

• Classic icon uses Hearthstone's new classic set icon instead of the old one.

• Deckbuilder is showing some invalid cards for standard.
  • We have a long-term fix for this that should be out on Wednesday and will make dealing with formats much easier for us.

Now that Libran of Hope is the only 9 mana spell in standard, what happens if u play it at full cost vs OMY? (I don't have the card to test it)

Everytime I play Ring Toss on standard I got only 3 options the new secret Oasis Ally, Rigged Faire Game and Netherwind Portal, the second time I only got the options left, already played several times and still the same thing after this patch, anyone have seen the same bug?

Anybody else getting this message and not being able to play? I've tried on and off maybe 25 times over 4 hours and it just wont let me play. Never seen this before when an expansion lands.

As I was experiencing extended downtime in any playmode, I went through all the flavour texts and noticed that there are quite a few (I might even say more than usually) lyric-inspired puns. Actually, there are so many of them that I suspect me overlooking quite a few.

Given that I still can't start a single game, I'll just post my findings and appreachiate any additions:

Hey fellow OOCians. The new Rewards Track has started, so it´s time to make a new progression thread. Thanks to NebuchadnezzarHS for making the first thread and for passing the torch towards me. Just got my packs opened eariler built some decks got the 2 Legendaries I wanted I didnt get for my decks.... and now It will NOT let me play standard mode... Classic, Wild yes but not Standard or Casual with a new Deck :(

Anyone else having this issue today
