I have read somewhere that you can use real money to level up your heroes and such faster. So it is pay to win obviously. This is the first game of Blizzard where someone who has no skill but pays will be able to reach higher than someone who has skill but is free to play.
The best comp is just to have Cariel. She nukes it with equipment one turn one. 60 healing per member on your side. together with a mercanery with ysummons a minion you deal 360 damage after killing a minion with cariel.
No information regarding alternative way to obtain potraits. No information regarding the use of spare coins to level up other mercaneries. No information regarding a change to packs, which are worthless to open right now. The training ground is the most stupid thing, even casual players level up their mercaneries very fast. It takes not even an hour to max out a mercanery. I am sure what the feature might be: More customized bundles for players, to try to steal some money.
If you have every legendary and some only golden it makes not even sense to open a pack. There is the risk to obtain the regular version. I am sitting right now on nearly 30 packs, waiting for an expansion or at least a change. Right now the system really sucks.
In 2019 I finally managed to reach my longtime Hearthstone aim: To manage to save up to 100.000 Gold (which probably disqualifies me for this event). That was really a big and sad thing for me. There werent not many aims beside collecting card backs and collecting the cards in the game. Therefore I created my own aim. I am playing the game daily since Closed Beta and I did not miss a single daily quest since then.

Hopefully I am finally going to see Achievements being implemented. Thats the one thing I am looking forward the most.
I would love to have an option to select which game articles to be shown for me. Honestly I do not want to read something else besides Hearthstone. I would love to see the same function like on the the battlenet.app - to be able to chose which games I want to follow. It bothers me more than I would have expected.
Games and sports were always a way to connect countries of different views. It’s about the game and the passion. It shows, no matter what, we can have a common foundation to get together, love and share joy about a common thing. The last few days were really hell for me, because hearthstone ended up as a stage to express political views and like a bush fire every one jumped on this train. I play this game because all of that other “shit” in the world do not matter here.
I might be alone with this opinion but I think politics should not be part of hearthstone at all. The statement from blitzchung was wrong and a punishment was correct. He abused a game to phrase a political opinion. The punishment was way to strong, that’s true.
This opens the door for other statements. What had happened if he would have said „USA, stop killing us with drones“ or „free the Mexican child’s at the border of USA“. These are massive violation against human rights as well. In this case I am sure that most would have said that the reaction of blizzard would have been correct.
Games should never be a platform for politics. Even if a country is at war with each other, games like hearthstone should be something to UNITE people with sharing a passion. Thatsadmirable reaches longterm the opposite: games like hearthstone to be used as an idiological platform. In conclusion people and countries who dont share the values wont play it anymore. That’s in my opinion the wrong way.

if you play in casual it won’t count for the Nozdormu achievement. It needs to be wild or standard.
Reached today from rank 3 to legend with this deck. Crossroads Gossiper was better than expected.
