Is anybody else experiencing a 40 card deck with 30 starting Health with Scythe and Prince?

Is this something that we just have to wait for the bugfix on? Why do these effects not both apply? Kinda need the extra HP to keep me alive against faster builds, and the scythe to keep my minions out …
