Guaranteed to always deal 2 damage+ 2 1/1s in stats.

Could work with spell damage sinergy, so it does not seem so dificult to deal 4 and summon 4 1/1s

Potential flamestrike with magic damage ( also kills your minions) costing 1 extra mana, but at least seems to heal A LOT.
