are you just using un-interactive to mean "i don't like it" because how could a play pattern be MORE interactive than putting a card in hand and giving your opponent a choice to make???
the gulper becomes a 9/11 after you clear the 3 taunts? seems massively overstatted if so, and will singlehandedly swing enough matchups to be auto-include.
deal 8 to minions, leave 4/7 ish in stats, discover a card from your deck, tribe synergy, divine shield synergy, varian synergy.
will be just generically good.

soul mirror is one of the best cards ever printed in the entirety of hearthstone lol
it can't and it's bad. it costs 9 mana and only does stuff if you actually play it from hand, so no recruit tricks.
dredge is literally "discover a card from your deck", with minor upside off sunken synergy.
the 2/2/3 is way ahead of power curve. think cleric of anshe 1/1/2 same effect with a condition.
