I Linked this article on hearthpwn earlier and some pointed out to me they weren’t “banned” just not invited. So while they aren’t invited does this mean they can still somehow qualify?

Lackeys are essentially additional, situational resources/ abilities, and In my opinion ,basically adapt in minion form.
Is it correct to assume they arerestricted to the clssses representing the League of EVIL ?
