Sounds like a very good card.
This card looks amazing and it won't be a dead draw late game as it can replace itself. It won't be too useful against ping classes but they will have to spend the hero power to take care of it.

I love playing Tip the Scales after a board clear or for low many... Mrgl Mrgl...
Anka, the Buried is my favorite so far. It has some crazy possible combos that it will enable, so it will be fun to try to test it out.
