I don't think you'd play this over Hysteria and Palm Reading.
It's hard to get a read on how good this is. It's obviously great with Wave of Apathy, but is it strong enough on its own?
Basically just redundancy for Reckoning, but idk if you want to run 4x Reckoning?
This seems like a slightly more proactive Imprisoned Celestial, but I don't think that's good enough. This is no Coghammer.

If Frost Nova was in standard, this would get played a lot. But even with Flurry (Rank 1) this could be a nice tempo play turn 5.

It's basically like an Exotic Mountseller? But it costs more mana, only triggers on Nature spells, has 1 more health, and always summons a good minion. I think this definitely has the chance to make the cut
