If Broomstick was still around, this card would look a bit better, but that is about it. At least this card makes the evolve pool for evolve shaman a little weaker. 

I can see Shaman somewhat using this with Bolner and Brilliant Macaw if they want to make a more control tempo variant of Freeze Shaman.
