That's like the 1/1 pirate. Will definitely see play. Maybe it is even a staple card for rogue.

Shouldn't a pressure plate flavor wise trigger during an interaction of a minion? Like summon or attack.

I don't get the flavor of this card. Why has a frightened flunky taunt himself? It makes sense, that he discoveres a taunt. But he can't really taunt himself, if he is frightened... 

Will it pop, if your opponent has no minions?
