Just out of curiosity:

Is the number of votes somehow influential? 

In my opposition, an average vote of 3.9 from 10 votes should be a better result than a 4 from one vote. 

Short question to the Card design competition: if I do not vote on one card, but in every other. Will that vote be zero for that card, or does it simply not count? (I assume the latter?) 

No new hero skin = pass for me. Also I have all the classic cards i want / need.
