Even though the event daily reads, "Play 10 minions with Manathirst," the spell [card]Arcane Bolt[/card] still gave me credit (definitely the fastest deck to complete this one).

Wouldn't "appears 40% more frequently" mean that a location's normal 1.54% chance of appearing would change to merely 2.16% chance of …
