In my time with Holy Water, it has never been strong enough to see competitive play. I think cutting it and adding a few more minions would do the deck some good. 

Possibly add 2x Doomsayer for Crystalizer. 

Dragon Speaker and Zandalari may prove to be too slow. Possible changes/techslots
