Blizzard nerfs based on game experience. They would nerf a Tier 8 Deck if it had an uninteractive way to win and a ridiculous playrate like Quest Mage does.

Maybe even better since you could coin it out on turn 3 as a slightly smaller threat or combine it with tamsin

Personally, I find those standard packs to be less valuable than regular expansion packs. I mean, isn't it far more likely to open a specific card out of the pack with the smaller card pool? 

They should make Kibler part of the design team. He'd be the perfect face for hearthstone
