I'm surprised you didn't mention a reminder of the new update that we will get unfinished runs cashed out like for arena rotations! We should all leave a run with 2 losses for the new patch :)

What about the xp/hour? I've heard the 400/hr isn't accurate in reality due to queue times etc and is closer to 300/hr
