Maybe it's just me but I only have 2 copies of the card and I've opened several packs in the last week. Every other common i have at least a few copies of at this point. So it seems like they put some rules in place to prevent duplicates on this to prevent dusting. That or it's a huge coincidence that I have no dupes.
Easy to remove but one or two procs is probably all I would plan for anyway. Can make crab riders or any other windfury minion pretty thic in short order.

A better Onyxia the Broodmother but with the deck condition it does seem like it will be hard to get any consistency.

I assume there will be some hero power boost or way to tap multiple times in a game. Otherwise this gon be too slow.

Decent synergy with shadow step and shek'zara. Might be too slow though.
