I assume there will be some hero power boost or way to tap multiple times in a game. Otherwise this gon be too slow.

Interesting but seems too slow to be useful. 

Paladins sure did need more healing. 

Easy to remove but one or two procs is probably all I would plan for anyway. Can make crab riders or any other windfury minion pretty thic in short order.

Not sold on DR for DH yet but lots of cards to go.

Decent synergy with shadow step and shek'zara. Might be too slow though.
