I got this spell in a duels run. I can confirm that as long as all minions summoned dies this spell summons new ones. You don't need an empty board.

I always like to watch Hysterias random combo videos after a new set has been released. Always some weird stuff happening :D

[card]Untapped Potential[/card] would be my favorite. With druid being my favorite class, choose one effects has always felt interesting.
