Basically your opponent plays their cards before the animation ends while you see full animation.
Even though it looks like rope already burned from your perspective and he/she still playing cards in reality your opponent done with the combo before the rope.
Its not related to your pc specs or anything its just how hearthstone works

Whirlkick Master is basically Underbelly Angler stats are a bit low but its good value

Probably best is control shaman or any deck with 2 silence/sap/hex with enough tempo
Biggest missing thing imo is a search box even just for cards with auto complete would be enough
