I had a classic pre-naxx Pepper moment today. Playing as shaman, opponent has 3 6 health minions. I have 6 mana. There are two lightning storms in my hand. There are now no minions for the opponent. Won 6/6 50% RNG.
This card feels great, but the meta would need to be extremely slow to justify running this. Without warriors having Tank Up I don't see any deck running the opponent out of threats before dying. It does look interesting in self-mill strategies or heavy draw decks like Rogue.
Shadowy figure looks like incredible tempo. Think of corpsetaker, it justified running 4-8 mediocre cards to support it for a 3/3 divine shield taunt. Just running a mechanical whelp or two you could make T3 7/7. Looks easy to abuse and will definitely see play if priest sees any play.
Even if this revives a support card like the new 2/2 Deathrattle, it is still good value, since the opponent has to remove it or risk getting snowballed out of the game. The main problem I see is anti-synergy with Northshire cleric which has always been a must run in control priest.

This can easily become the most obnoxious minion in the expansion... I like it!
2 mana draw 3 for decks with low cost minions. Looks great!
Looks like value's back in the menu! Hoping to see a more balanced meta this time around where both value and tempo are viable strategies!
