If you've actually played YuGiOh recently you would know that Konami sought to address this problem and that there are in fact powerful going second cards. You just chose not to invest in them? Please do explain how abusing an oversight to disocnnect and hot have the game count for any player just because you lost a coin flip is for for the other player? You can also legitimitley hit platinum with most archetypes not exploiting anything if you understand the meta, and build your deck around it.
I've updated my list to cut 2x Prize Vendor for 2x Lushwater Scout, and 1x Murloc Tidehunter for 1x Voracious Reader. The new list can be found below. It's still not very good especially as new strategies have taxed this sort of gameplan heavily during the time that Crabrider was nerfed, but if you already have these cards you might as well play it, but at your own risk...

I didn't have Auctioneer Jaxon in my collection, but I felt inspired to make a similar deck with what I had. Battleground Battlemaster is included as you might be able to find lethal off a stealth or divine shield golem if it summons a copy of itself a copy of itself from Kazakus, Golem Shaper. I would not take this into any game that would affect your ranking, but the Watch Posts are able to take advantage of slower decks. That, and some decent luck with spells you've discovered or generated from Wandmaker might be enough to cheese out a win with this list once in a while.
Crabrider was changed in patch 20.2.2. The Murloc Rogue dream is dead since it only gains windfury on the turn it was summoned now. Who knows? I might theorycraft another list, but there remains no reason to even consider playing Murloc Rogue as the only "synergy" the deck had is now gone (unless Crabrider happens to get unnerfed when Madness at the Darkmoon Faire rotates at the start of next year).
Like the current core set iteration of Shadowform, but for mage which has cards that care about your hero power. This might actually see play, and wouldn't hurt to discover.
I'm going to miss Plague of Madness. This card didn't see too much play other than being a one of in aggressive rogue lists during some metas. The card was basically a cheaper Sap in terms of removal as it gave you a poisonous weapon with two swings. The only downside being that your opponent got this weapon as well, but this wasn't as much of a problem if they were running big minions, and you were not. I'm going to miss this card, and I'll see if it would make the cut for a highlander rogue list in wild.
I'm also happy that they're leaving Bluegill as it was for Wild play. I've been experimenting with, and have experimented with Murloc lists in the past, and the charge always added some nice burst damage to any Murloc deck

TLDR: Evenly Matched exists. Play it.
Brawl is so bad that they even forgot to code fatigue.
My guy, you have to be joking. In it's current state the deck had the chance to literally FTK the opponent.

Kingsbane mill is back even without the permanent lifesteal. Search "turtle rogue".
Stonetusk Boar is getting a wild version that will keep charge! I'd replace the two Southsea Deckhand in this list with Captain's Parrot to tutorBloodsail Flybooter which would be the only pirate in the deck.
