This can obviously get really big. 7 mana 10/10 easily. But on turn 7+, just raw stats, with no ability like Rush or Taunt... probably not gonna be good enough.
A card like this is undoubtedly necessary to have available. So it's a bit of a shame that it's an epic. Seems like something that should've been a Common.
And if they insist on making it an Epic, it could at least have had a slightly more interesting design.
I know it's a bit cliché to complain about overly aggressive decks.... but personally I think Demon Hunter (with a class winrate of almost 55%) can dish out too much damage, too fast, while also drawing cards. Thanks to Fossil Fanatic that is, combined with Multi-Strike. Maybe a nerf to the former would be appropriate. Make it a 3-mana 2/3 or something.
And then if they draw Jace Darkweaver, which they always seem to do, it's game over.
I really like Thief Rogue. It's fun with a lot of variety between games, and although a bit inconsistent, it doesn't perform too badly. These buffs should make it more viable.

Decent tempo the turn you play it. On turn 3, 2 attack should be enough to kill a minion, or finish one off. It helps you create and maintain a healthy board over the following two turns... then gives Divine Shield to ALL of your minions... what the hell?

If Zoolock becomes a thing again (and it very well could) this will be a powerful card. But in the current control Warlock meta it's really hard to justify.
I think one of the more understated, but very powerful Quilboar cards is Necrolyte, which didn't see any change. And the amount of blood gems gained from Quilboars didn't change either, except for golden Bonker.
The fact that you can buff your early game minions, and then transfer many of those buffs to a powerful late game minion, like a Foe Reaper 4000, Bristleback Knight or similar, is pretty busted. With all other builds, you are often forced to waste many early game buffs when swapping out your minions. I think it's pretty cool that you can transfer buffs like this now. But it leaves all other build strategies in the dust come late game.
Not sure how one would change Necrolyte, but maybe only transfer Blood Gems from the right most minion on the board, and move it up a tavern tier.
Glad that Pen Flinger can't hit face anymore, but I was hoping it would also become like a 2 mana 2/1 or something.

Bioluminescence gives +2 Spell Damage ATM. Fricking broken.
Will Shellshot complete multiple Quest stages I wonder. Seems like it would.

If this was a Rare or perhaps an Epic, it would be fine. But for a Legendary, that's pretty bland.
Should at least have Rush, or some other secondary ability, to be worthy of Legendary status.

A lot of value for 3 Mana. Definitely helps the Deathrattle Demon Hunters. But will it be enough?

Lackeys could generate a bunch of random cards, which could both be equally powerful, fun and annoying.
These are a lot simper and straight forward to deal with. What you see is what you get.
