To me they seem like mistakes a human WOULD do tbh, and I think the background is too.. sensible to be AI. BUT ultimately it's impossible to say for sure.
This COULD be an AI image that was then worked on by a real artist, which is honestly the most likely (and depressing) option.

If you eat a taunt minion it's immediately protected by taunt and has to be removed by a spell or something
This one ALWAYS gives value the same turn it's played while the og vube, again, required an extra card and some mana to be useful, not sure what you mean there

I would still want it to give you max health, since that is not the problematic part of the card, but yeah, it should just deal 10 damage, that's fine (maybe even still too much)
the only reason I liked twist was Wild updates, not always good updates but for me something is better than nothing, even if it buffs already strong cards

a lot of original DK heroes need to got like 1, 2 or some even 3 mana discount to even be a consideration
