Why some players don't use Final Spark when it's available ?

Someone replied on discord it's so the opponent fears your card and doesn't play an important unit.

Why some players don't use Final Spark when it's available ?
Why does some players don't use the free ephemeral card Final spark of Lux ? It's free no ???? It's like the third time i see a player end turn without using it and letting the card disappear.
