This is played in pretty much every Demon Hunter deck. Just like Kobold Librarian was played in every Warlock (and still is played in every warlock deck in wild)
This one, like Kobold Librarian, is an awesome card for aggro decks. I think I want to give a try a Zoo DH deck and this kind of drawing cards keep the card flow of going next to Spectral Sight and maybe Skull of Gul'dan (DH doesn't have the powerful draw engine of the Warlock's Hero Power).
A decent T1 that can be crazy good with the Outcast trigger. Also a really nice cantrip card when it's topdecked.
A possible combo with Sightless Watcher? Kinda hard to pull off but sooo juicy when it works.

Kobold librarian 2: electric boogaloo
Miracle DH incoming.
Finally a really good Hearthstone-style art (not ultra edgy or ultra realistic, but funny).
Crimson Sigil Runner is a great topdeck, and because it's so cheap it should be easy fit into a deck that wants to run lots of outcast cards. Seems solid.
Reminds me of Kobold Librarian
Simple but effective card, no doubt this will see play in every DH deck!
"Do you have any idea how fast I am?"
Allows a topdeck straight into cycle, but its statline for a 1 drop is not great. Ideally you would want this to start in your hand, preferably mulligan so its on your left/right, but dhunter has two other much better 1 drops in Ur'zul Horror and Battlefiend that I just dont think this will cut it. Its comparable to Novice Engineer, except its cheaper (which is substantial) but also harder to proct.
Overall, its just a cycle card for a dhunter combo deck. Otherwise, its just not good enough.
Another day, another great demon hunter card.
