  • I think Sacrificial Pact is still playable. You can use it on a 1/1 imp, or on a Voidcaller in wild. It still has its uses, even if they are few.

  • At least Jaraxxus is now playable again!

  • With all the token generation warlock received last set it's still viable for self sustain but I think more folks'll now swap it out for unstable fellbolt for early removal

  • Libram of J still not that much better. Would have been awesome if they gave it 2 attack.

  • Open the Waygate nerf does literally nothing, every quest-mage plays more than 8 spells already, they play 8 spells to discount their mana giant to 0, this is useless. What is this extremely cautious nerf to a completely broken deck? What are they afraid of? That wild will finally become playable for classes other than mages? That is frustrating.

    • Totally agreed.

I feel like Blizz is so focused on the "mana cost increase" as the go-to nerf in 99% of cases when what's really needed is an actual re-work of a card. It just further exacerbates the problem (most pronounced in Wild) of stratifying everyone into either busted OTKs V.S. Super-Duper-Hyper-Aggro-Kill-Opponent-By-Turn-5-Or-Concede decks. And - to me at least - neither of those archetypes are fun to play or to play against...

    • True even 10 would be a small nerf

  • HA! I called most of these in the previous post.
