If not for the leak I was going to say it's going to be Caitlynn but there was a leak.. so it's Vi, now it's confirmed it's not Viktor.
Wonder what Vi is gonna do, She is a brawler which is a police enforcer..
So I would say that she would do a detain effect but that's a Demacia mechanic isn't it?
I can see her having a way to trigger the vulnerable keyword since it's her W's passive.
