An unranked mode is finally coming to Master Duel early next month. This is something the community has asked for for a while now, in the hopes of getting a game mode where they can play non-meta decks. Around the same time, Konami will also add an option for animations to only play the first time they're encountered, as well as partial adjustments for the Daily Missions.
Also in August, between the 9th and the 22nd, there will be a Duelist Cup event. No further details were provided, except that it will use the same rules are regular Ranked duel. Our best guess is that it's some sort of tournament.
