Marvel Snap's August season has started, and that means it's time for the Season Pass's new card: Daredevil!

The new season brings with it a new Season Pass for players to purchase and complete to get a new card and exclusive cosmetics. It also brought a rank reset for all players, so it's time to start climbin' again.

New Card: Daredevil

Daredevil Card ImageOn turn 5, you get to see your opponent's plays before you make your own.

Daredevil is a 2 Cost card with 2 Power. His effect reads, "On Turn 5, you get to see your opponent's plays before you make your own."

The way this card works is pretty cool: on Turn 5, if Daredevil is in play the screen will go red. Then, once your opponent makes their play you can hover over their "unrevealed" card or cards to see what they played (there's also a nice animation over these cards so you know which ones Daredevil is peeking at).

If both players have Daredevil in play on Turn 5, then they cancel each other out - no one gets to peek!

With the August Season starting, Wave has now entered the Collection Level Road (in Pool 3) and can now be earned by all players who didn't purchase the June Season Pass. Meanwhile, last Season's Season Pass exclusive, Thor, will be added to the CL in September (eight weeks after his introduction to the game, as is the current custom - Source).

And don't worry if you aren't in the beta; the developers have confirmed that all cosmetics from the beta (including those exclusive to Season Pass) will be available to be earned by all players after the game's global launch (Source). We'll keep you posted about any new launch information when it is announced; currently, global launch's ETA is unknown and likely a few months away.
