MARVEL SNAP's Hot Location this weekend is The Peak!
The Peak is like a Mister Negative for the cards in your hand, enabling all sorts of shenanigans with 0 Cost Iron Man and Arnim Zola; you can even dust off that Adam Warlock malingering in your collection for a free 2 Power that could draw you cards.
However you choose to plan for the Hot Location, you'd better get used to it; being a Hot Location means that The Peak will have a 50% chance to appear for 24 hours, from 8 PM PT Saturday night to 8 PM PT Sunday night (2 AM UTC Sunday to 2 AM UTC Monday).
Hot Decks for The Peak
If you're looking for ideas of what decks you can play to the Hot Location, we've got you covered: with recommended decks for players just starting out in Series 1, players still moving up through Series 2, and players who are starting to fill their collections with cards from Series 3, 4, and 5.
Series 1 Iron Man
This Series 1 deck packs plenty of cards who would love to have the Power and Cost swapped, like Iron Man and Professor X, and it's also got an On Reveal subtheme with White Tiger, Wolfsbane, and Odin.
Series 2 Ongoing
Iron Man is still the MVP (Most Valuable Playboyphilanthropist) in Series 2, with this Ongoing list hoping to get double the double by running Moon Girl to copy key cards after the Peak activates.
Series 3 Negative
Mister Negative is the perfect card to play with the Peak as the Hot Location, as he can swap all the cards in deck that didn't get hit by the swap in hand. This list runs Silver Surfer to give buffs to a gang of 3-Costs, who can then be doubled by Iron Man.
Series 3 Patriot Surfer
Another Silver Surfer list, this time taking advantage of the Power imbalance of Patriot to cheaply get a key target for Mystique on board. Maximus doesn't like the hot lcoation, but he's the only one.
Series 3 Wong Reveal
And we'll finish with another Negative list, this one running Arnim Zola for a free tempo swing to make the Wong Black Panther combo even more terrifying.
What are Hot Locations in MARVEL SNAP?
There are two different types of location events in MARVEL SNAP, both of which have a 50% chance of appearing for the next 24 hours.
- Sunday's Hot Location that always pulls from existing locations.
- Wednesday's Featured Location that usually shows off new locations, but will pull from the pool of existing locations from time to time.
The increased appearance rate for the Hot Location will shake up the meta for a day - for example, Odin was the finisher of choice for many players when Kamar-Taj was the Hot Location.

Nice timing on the location combined with the "Win a location with 20 or more Power" season quest. Really helped me grind that out.
